We are looking for an individual with the experience and knowledge of growth and innovation management practices to join our team.

- Growth strategy formulation leading to successful outcomes
- Customer-centred innovation and strategy, execution
- Front-end of innovation process development
- Value proposition design (product, platform, business model)
- Market Opportunity identification and analysis
- Corporate entrepreneurship and venturing
- Business case development
- Concept ideation
You will need:
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced written English
- Presentation skills and confidence to present at board level
- 5+ years experience in a blue chip organisation, or a mix of corporate and start-up experience
- Relevant consultancy experience would be valuable
